Start your day with a Pass-a-Grill breakfast.  You can try a sandwich from Shaner’s Seaside Market, offered daily until 11:00am.  For a sit-down breakfast, head to The Seahorse, open daily until 2:30pm, or on the weekends try the Hurricane for a bloody mary and eggs.  Grab your fresh coffee and bagel from Perk Fiction.  Take it to the beach or enjoy it on their oceanfront patio where people read the morning newspapers and books.

After breakfast, head to the Merry Pier where they offer bait, beverages (both non- and alcoholic), and gasoline for boaters.  Any visitor can rent a fishing pole and spend the afternoon fishing on the pier.  Many visitors enjoy taking a trip on the Shell Key Ferry.  This boat takes passengers from Pass-a-Grill over to Shell Key a few miles away.  Explore the uninhibited beauty of this sandy key.

Shuffleboard courts are located in the Pass-a-Grill park between 10th Street and 9th Street.  Bring your friends and play a free game, everything is supplied for you.  A fun and relaxing sport; shuffleboard is a game for all ages.

Across from the courts, visitors are welcome to stop into the Pass-a-Grill Museum.  Here you can look through the history of this beautiful neighborhood.  Pictures are stories are shared amongst the generations.

If shopping is on your mind, spend you afternoon in Pass-a-Grill looking through the many unique artistic boutiques.  These local stores offer high quality:

For those who like to relax on the beach, Pass-a-Grill has white sandy beaches with plenty of shells to pick from.  The Seaside Grill is beachside to offer snacks, souvenirs, boogie boards, towels, and public outdoor showers.

Once it’s time for lunch or dinner, several options are available in Pass-a-Grill.  You can order food to go from any of the local restaurants for a picnic on the beach.  Or hit Shaner’s Seaside Market for fresh meats, seafood, pre-made kabobs, and charcoal to grill in the Colonel Frank Hurley oceanfront park.  If you’re looking for casual sit-down dining, Pass-a-Grill offers a variety of restaurants with classy food at a range of costs.  Try Gionnero’s Italian Restaurant, The Warf, Brass Monkey, or the Hurricane.  For a more intimate dining experience, try the fine dining styles of Banana Leaf and The Black Palm.
